What this does not do.
Accounts
Nobody can register. Every account exists because an administrator created it.
Agents
One central agent, held by the administrator. Everyone else connects their own client.
Inference
No models run on this server. Agents call an external provider, or they do not answer.
Chat client
Chat has no browser interface. It is a desktop application, pointed at this relay.
